Driving directions to Troop 501’s Campfire Circle behind Los Gatos High School

From San Jose, take Hwy 17 towards Los Gatos.

-Exit East Los Gatos (exit 20A).  It is a cloverleaf exit and will dump you onto CA Hwy 9.  Stay in the right lane.

  -Right turn onto Los Gatos Blvd. (second signal light)

  -Stay on Los Gatos Blvd.  You will go through a residential section, then start to drop down a hill, into the edge of Los Gatos' business district. 

  -Right turn on Pleasant Avenue (stop sign at the bottom of the hill).  You are now driving along Los Gatos High School.

  -Left turn on New York Avenue.  This will take you through the back side of Los Gatos HS.  Drive straight back, past buildings down to tennis courts (on left) and park.   The road dead ends at the Forbes Mill Nature Park sign. 

 -Building #539 is directly across from tennis courts.  Walk around back of building #539 to the campfire pit. 

Everyone must bring chairs, blankets and dress warmly!

Be sure to bring lanterns!
